    ECoVEM Objectives in short: One very important project for women in microelectronics seeks to foster vocational excellence by connecting Centers of Vocational Excellence, industries, and social partners. It aims to innovate VET curricula across EQF levels 3 to 8, highlight microelectronics advancements in key sectors to enhance VET appeal, ensure sustainable governance, and address gender and immigrant employability through social inclusion and non-discrimination initiatives.
